I had a frustrating experience at this resort, especially with the check-in process and lack of information about the hotel facilities. The room was basic and lacked a few essentials, like hot water. However, I appreciated the excellent diving center and the lovely beach. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag at best, with some redeeming features but many letdowns.

Rooms were dirty, and the staff were overwhelmingly unhelpful. The major pros were that there were options available for dining, but they fell short of expectations and the amenities were lacking. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing time at the resort. The animators were genuinely friendly and really made an effort to connect with guests, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic, and the pool area was vibrant and well-kept. The only downside was that my room could have been cleaner, especially the balcony.
